The Story

George Harrison laughs off the commentary from John Lennon and Paul McCartney regarding his guitar solo on ‘Can’t Buy Me Love’ during camera rehearsals. McCartney’s comments, in particular, seem to have stopped regular Ready Steady Go! dancer, and well-known mod 'face,' Mickey Tenner, dead in his tracks.

Also appearing on this week's Ready Steady Go! :The Animals (making their television debut), Dusty Springfield, Bobby Vee, Millicent Martin, and Alma Cogan (appearing with John Lennon during his guest DJ segment)
